The workstation appears to be frozen, or is functioning very slowly
These symptoms may occur if a previous user has attempted to bypass the VUprint system, and selects another printer they believe will print directly to the printer.
The VUprint system locks the printers to only accept print jobs from specified print queues. Attempting to print to another printer on the public workstation will place a print job in that queue, but the printer will not accept or process the job. That leaves the workstation perpetually attempting to submit the print job. Eventually this will consume all of the computer's processing power and the system apppears to be frozen.
The simplest way to rectify this is to reboot the computer. The rogue print queue will be deleted. Any paused jobs in the CSprint queue will be retained, and will be visible to be released after the reboot is complete.
