Find and Install a VUprint Printer
From the Start Menu select
“printers and faxes”,
In the left column under Printer Tasks
select
“add a printer”

In the "Name:" window enter: \\csprint1\ |

| 3 - a | If you have NetBIOS over TCP/IP active: | after typing in "\\csprint1\", a dropdown list of all the Vuprint printer share names should appear.
You can scroll through the list to select the share name you’ve identified from the Vuprint chart of printers in each location.
To select Printer #1 in Garland Room 119, scroll down to select Ptr1_AS_Garland_Lab, so the entry in the box looks like:
\\csprint1\Ptr1_AS_Garland_Lab
click Next |

| 3 - b | If you do not have NetBIOS over TCP/IP active: | you will need to type in the IP address for the CSprint server (129.59.95.49) and then the sharename for the printer you have located on the chart.
As an example, for the Printer #1 in the Garland Lab in room 119 (Share name: Ptr1_AS_Garland_Lab), you would enter:
\\129.59.95.49\Ptr1_AS_Garland_Lab
After the printer location (in either format) is filled in, click “Next” |

Click on Yes. That box will close, and the drivers will install.

The user should select "Continue".

You can install more than one Vuprint printer on your computer, you will simply need to select the appropriate printer for the location where you are currently working.
