What happens if I try to print something, and my account does not have enough money to cover it?
The system displays how many pages and how much the job costs before you authorize the job.
If you proceed to type in your VUNet ID and password, the system will check the balance in your account to verify that it can cover the cost of the print job. If there is not enough to authorize the job, it will
cancel the print request.
NONE of the job will be printed, no money will be deducted from your account. You then have the option to break the print job up into smaller units to print what your account can cover. Or you can add money to your account before resubmitting the print job. (See How do I add money?)
